The Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is a leadership body of parish representatives who work in collaboration with the pastor in his role as shepherd of the parish community. Presided over by the pastor, the Council discerns the pastoral needs of the parish, sets forth a vision and establishes a pastoral plan to be implemented by the parish staff and its various ministry teams. The Pastoral Council endeavors to lead the parish in its mission of carrying on the work of Christ in the world.

Council members are chosen through a process of prayerful discernment and normally serve for a period of three years. Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month.

Altar and Rosary Society

The Altar and Rosary Society promotes devotion to our Blessed Mother through the praying of the Rosary. Love for the house of God is expressed by caring for the needs of the altar, sacristy, vestments and all people.

All women parishioners are considered members. Members determine their own level of participation from the very active to the less active honorary members. Currently there are not regularly scheduled meetings. Special events or meetings will be announced and placed in the bulletin.
