Our Get Acquainted Gatherings are held the first weekend of the month. We welcome our new families and gather for food and fellowship in the parish center following each Mass. We invited individuals, families, or groups to host the gathering. If you would like to host a gathering please call the office to get you on the calendar!

Saturday Evening
Plan for approximately 50 people
Beverage and appetizers Your menu!
You will need to set up and clean up.
Clean up includes wiping tables and chairs, sweeping and making sure it is clean for Sunday. Take out trash and make sure upstairs and lower doors are locked and lights are turned off.
Sunday 8:00am
Pick up donuts and bagels at Slivinskis’ Bakery (standing order)
Other items:
1 Gallon White Milk
3 Gallons Chocolate Milk
3 Gallons Orange Juice
2 Containers Cream Cheese different Flavors
Other items may be added to your liking (fruit, cheese, etc.)
Make Coffee in Large Coffee Maker in West Kitchen Closet
80 Cups Water Line (will be used for both Masses)
4 Cups of Coffee
Usually takes an hour to brew
Set out Napkins, Coffee Stirrers, Coffee Mate, Sugar, etc. If you want you may have hot water in Carafe for tea or hot chocolate. You might make some Decaf in the small coffee maker.
Clean up so that it is ready for the 10:30 Mass
Sunday 10:30am
Set out the remainder of the donuts and bagels, fruit, etc. If cheese, etc is left over from Saturday Night put it on the table. (feel free to clean out the refrigerator!!)
Clean up. Wipe off tables and chairs, sweep, check for spills. Wash and put away dishes and Coffee pots. Take out trash.
Check to make sure both the upstairs and lower doors are locked and lights are turned off. Thank You!!!!
